How do I properly shape my artificial tree after unboxing?
To achieve the fullest look, start from the bottom section and work your way up. Gently pull the individual branches away from the center and fan out the smaller tips in different directions to close any gaps.
What is the difference between 'Feel Real' and traditional PVC needles?
Our 'Feel Real' technology uses crush-resistant polyethylene (PE) molded from real tree branches for a lifelike texture, while traditional PVC needles offer classic fullness and density.
What happens if one bulb on my pre-lit tree burns out?
Most of our trees feature 'Bulb-Lock' or 'Stay-Lit' technology, meaning if one bulb burns out, the rest of the strand will remain illuminated. We recommend replacing burnt-out bulbs promptly using the spares included.
What is your return policy for seasonal decor?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that seasonal items must be returned before the holiday date to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Larger trees and oversized greenery are shipped via ground freight to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
Are your wreaths and garlands suitable for outdoor use?
Products specifically labeled as 'Outdoor' or 'Indoor/Outdoor' are designed to withstand the elements. We recommend placing them under a covered porch or overhang to extend the life of the foliage and lights.
